What we do
AccessCare was created in 2014, and serves as the telehealth arm of its parent company, Colorado Access. AccessCare’s programs are designed to increase access to short-term mental health counseling and psychiatry through a virtual platform. For Colorado Access network primary care providers, AccessCare’s Virtual Care Collaboration and Integration (VCCI) Program is designed to help support them with managing behavioral health conditions in the primary care setting through collaborative consultations and telehealth. AccessCare also takes referrals from Colorado Access for its members that are in need of behavioral health care, and works with entities associated with Colorado Access to develop innovative ways to deliver virtual behavioral health care to its member population.
the power of telehealth
AccessCare provides essential telehealth solutions to support community health needs, improve population health management, and reduce costs; all with a focus on improving the quality of care without compromising the personal connection between provider and patient. The use of technology and telehealth is critical to the future of healthcare. AccessCare uses telehealth to render virtual behavioral health sessions in both the primary care setting and directly in the comfort of a patient’s home. Telehealth allows AccessCare to use live video to meet with patients where they are.
